The length of the trial period depends on the overall duration of the project: 1 month – 5 days, 3 months – 10 days, etc. By the end of the trial period, we receive feedback from both parties, focusing specifically on overall attitude, communication, skills, and reliability. If you are not happy with the outcomes, we provide a talent substitution (another shortlist) free of charge.

We stand for low and transparent pricing. The margin on talent varies between 10% and 19% (in comparison to  40% – 100% in talent agencies). We also provide discounts on long-term engagement fees as well as fees for hiring more than 5 talents for one project. More detail on the fees page.
