When you say ‘embedded’ what do you mean?
Our service is built around the idea of ultimate flexibility: a talent becomes a temporary member of your core team – work on a project, see the result and decide whether you want to search further or turn this freelancer into a full member of your business. Scale your project teams up and down depending on the needs and collaborate with only the most qualified and skilful talent in the industry.
How does the trial period work?
The length of the trial period depends on the overall duration of the project: 1 month – 5 days, 3 months – 10 days, etc. By the end of the trial period, we receive feedback from both parties, focusing specifically on overall attitude, communication, skills, and reliability. If you are not happy with the outcomes, we provide a talent substitution (another shortlist) free of charge.
What sectors do you work with?
RISE's limitless talent pool includes specialists across all notable sectors of the digital economy including emerging spaces such as Blockchain, WEB 3.0, ClimateTech, HealthTech, FinTech, and HR Tech. Tell us about your company’s values and projects and we adapt to your needs.
Where does most of the network come from?
We are proud to be location agnostics – we onboard talent across the globe every day which helps us to match clients’ time zone overlap needs. The main areas of the talent pool are the UK/EU/USA, and to a lesser degree – Eastern Europe, South America, and Africa.
What are your fees?
We stand for low and transparent pricing. The margin on talent varies between 10% and 19% (in comparison to 40% – 100% in talent agencies). We also provide discounts on long-term engagement fees as well as fees for hiring more than 5 talents for one project. More detail on the fees page.
