Payment terms
At the end of each month, you get an invoice that includes both talent costs and our fees. Payment is expected not later than 2 weeks / 30 days after receiving the invoice (or late payment fees will be charged). We always pay talent on time.

We charge 15% of the first years salary.

Our fee is 15% of the talent's 1-year salary. The payment is due of the start of the contract. If the talent does not pass the trial period, we fully reimburse the payment.

Projects

We essamble a team and manage the delivery of a fully-functioning product for you. Minimum 2 months engagement.

PROJECTS Payment terms
The payment is due fortnightly. The first payment is expected upfront as a deposit, prior to the beginning of the project. After this payments shall be made every 2 weeks prior to work commencing. Final payment is due after the project is sucessfully delivered.
